Rick has taught for BIS since the summer of 2016 and will be teaching BIS 491 in the spring of 2017.  He completed a 35-year corporate career with a Fortune 50 energy company in 2016, focusing on Human Resources and Public Relations. He held HR leadership positions in mergers, acquisitions and divestments (M&A), international HR, talent management and organizational development. He is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach, and graduate of the George Mason University program “Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance.”

Rick has an A.B. in Psychology and Environmental Studies (Honors, 1978) and MBA (1981) from Indiana University, and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology (1995) from the University of Houston.
