SIS Associate Professor Dr. Graziella Pagliarulo McCarron has been recognized by the NASPA Faculty Council & Faculty Assembly, as the recipient of the 2025 Faculty Council Excellence in Teaching Award.
This award is given to a full-time faculty member who has demonstrated excellence, enthusiasm, and innovation in teaching. Awardees must show evidence of sustained excellent and/or innovative teaching; evidence of advancements in course curricula and/or course (re)design; and evidence of use of equitable and inclusive pedagogy in the classroom. She will be officially recognized at the upcoming 2025 NASPA Conference in New Orleans, LA in March 2025.
