Yves-Renée Jennings, BIS '05, MS Conflict Analysis and Resolution '07, PhD '12, is a highly motivated and results-oriented scholar-practitioner with dynamic cross-cultural experience in positive peace, peacebuilding, conflict analysis, management, resolution, prevention, transformation, peace studies, and development.

She is the chief executive officer and principal of Partnering for Sustainable Peace, LLC, a company that provides education and training services, particularly in mediation and conflict management. Jennings believes in people’s power and in their ability to use non-violent resistance strategies to voice conflict issues and collaborate toward positive social change that benefits different societal segments. She believes that each individual has the power to constructively contribute to peace, while achieving personal holistic human development.  
  
Jennings has taught at George Mason University, American University, University of Massachusetts Boston, Facultad Latinamericana de Ciencias Sociales Sede Ecuador (FLASCO), and University of Azuay in Ecuador. She was a World Bank staff member for over twenty years and held positions in personnel management, administration, budgeting, resource management, risk management, internal controls and audit while collaborating with staff and concerned stakeholders in Washington, D.C., and around the world. Jennings also held professional positions within the private sector in Haiti for over ten years. The net impact of Jennings’ professional contributions has helped others build strong foundations to anchor constructive systems and structures as they strive to foster sustainable positive peace and achieve conflict transformation.
